WILL MY HEALTH INSURANCE COVER THERAPY?
The Covington Wellness Center, LLC accepts Optum/United Healthcare, BCBS PPO, Cigna, and Aetna. If you would like to use other insurance, we will provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Insurance payment and reimbursement rates my vary. Insurance eligibility and verification must take place prior to initial visit. Client cost will be discussed once insurance coverage has been verified.
WHAT IS THE COST AND HOW DO I PAY?
We offer sliding scale rates for those who qualify based on income. Client cost will be discussed during the free consultation.
Standard pricing is as follows:

Initial Evaluation/Assessment (1st Session): $175.00 per hour
Regular Session: $150.00 per hour
Veteran Session: $100.00 per hour
Veteran Peer Support: Free
15-minute Consultation: Free
Late Cancellation (<12 hours notice): $50
No Show: $75

Payment is collected at the time of service via credit or debit card.

HOW LONG WILL THE THERAPY PROCESS TAKE?
There is no set timeframe for the completion of therapy. As such, the number of sessions will be based on client need and determined through therapist/client collaboration.
