Frequently Asked Questions

WILL MY HEALTH INSURANCE COVER THERAPY?

Covington Wellness Center, LLC  accepts Optum/United Healthcare, BCBS PPO, Cigna, and Aetna. If you would like to use other insurance, we will provide a superbill to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Insurance payment and reimbursement rates may vary. Insurance eligibility and verification must take place before the initial visit. Client cost will be discussed once insurance coverage has been verified.

WHAT IS THE COST AND HOW DO I PAY?

Client costs will be reviewed and discussed during your complimentary consultation.

Initial Evaluation/Assessment (1st Session): $155.00 per hour

Regular Session: $135.00 per hour

Veteran Session: $100.00 per hour

Veteran Peer Support: Free

15-minute Consultation: Free

Late Cancellation (<24 hours notice): $75

No Show: $75

Payment is collected at the time of service via credit or debit card.

HOW LONG WILL THE THERAPY PROCESS TAKE?

There is no set timeframe for the completion of therapy. As such, the number of sessions will be based on client needs and determined through therapist/client collaboration.
